Wear a face covering to help protect others in case you are infected but don’t have symptoms.
Keep the covering on your face the entire time you are in public
Don’t put the covering around your neck or up on your forehead
Don’t touch the face covering and if you do wash your hands
This facemask is NOT meant to replace a surgical face mask. It is a contingency plan for those who cannot access a surgical mask. Proper use of a surgical mask is still the best way to prevent virus infection. The CDC believes homemade facemasks may help slow the spread of COVID-19.
